Thank you very much for this. It is a great response. Yeah, cardio is quite up there in importance to me as I have solid fat loss goals to meet. I love the idea of making up the time and expenditure on the mornings I can do cardio at the gym. This is something I can definitely do to balance it all out over the week. Thank you
