I’m doing push/pull/legs/rest repeat with your workout on the daily workout and they are amazing and I’ve been doing the same ones for each day since ive had the app . My question is I do arms at the end of pull the preacher curl with two sets super set with incline dB with the 2 rest pause . I want to emphasize more on arms but like my split and really don’t want to go to push/pull/legs/arms/rest/rest
