I was looking at getting a lateral leg press. Do you like those? I was looking at the Rogers Pendulum hip press for this. Would this be a good call or go with the hammer strength version?
Belt squats ? Good? Put shark vs Rogue version?
Necessary if you have an Atlantis Pendulum? I know you can do dips and rows and deads on belt squats.
Best calf machines and brands ? Tips ?
