Hey Joe. In the morning when I wake up my joints, especially my elbows, are sore. Within a minute or so it goes away. I read online that this is normal is as the body’s natural painkillers aren’t activated. The reason i’m writing is because I’ve had nagging elbow pain before but I’ve been able to fix the issue since then. Do you think this soreness is just natural for someone who me who does heavy pressing movements even though I don’t have pain in the gym?
