Hi Joe
I have been enjoying the site, content, advice and the philosophy you use to go about your workouts. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the machines in many of your videos so I tend to piece together my workout routines based upon the exercise guide. If there was a way for you to distinguish what exercises you would classify as “meat and potato” and what exercise is isolate or accessory it would be a big help to quickly put together my routine and follow your routine philosophy.
I pray this isn’t a roll your eyes type of request. Lol
