I would like to ask you about the antagonist super-sets (chest vs back, biceps vs triceps).
If I remeber well, you said it is not a bad idea. But at the same , you are not using them in the training a lot.
So my question is, when would you use it in a training? What are the advantages and disadvantages of this method? With who would you use this method? (intermediate, natural, women etc.) And how would you programme it? I mean would you go straingt from one exercise to the other one? Or would you have some rest between these sets?
