Hey joe I’ve been lifting for about 5 years with what i would say is pretty decent intensity with focus being on Hypertrophy, but I’m embarrassed to say that my strength numbers are ass, like super ass. I will say I’ve never been a strong individual so is this something even worth addressing coming from a hypertrophy standpoint? And if so what would make the most sense in addressing this?
