Which artificial sweetener would you recommend if you had to pick one? They all seem to have their own negatives/side effects
The reason I’d have to choose artificial sweeteners is because I’m pre-diabetic and want to avoid sugar as much as possible, but also have an extreme sweet tooth. I have been using Stevia but I’ve recently come across research that shows Stevia increases Estrogen in your body
