Hey joe, I was wondering if it’s really that necessary to get the muscle fully short or close to (besides activations before workout) because I only have bands for my pull downs and lag focused rows so I was wondering since I produce the most force in the mid and lengthened ranges, would it make the workout any less efficient or affective if I avoid working the shortened range. Hopefully that makes sense. Also i wanted to know if you offer custom and individual programs !
