I’m in a bit of a pickle. I want to get to a decent body fat percentage (enough to have proper abs and some muscle separation )
Every I start cutting ppl tell me I should Bulk first put on some extra pounds then cut. But I don’t want to bulk when I’m already over a good body fat threshold. I’ve attached some pics could you view them an give me your opinion? I have plans of competing next year coming I’m 201lbs 6 ft. What do you think I should do?
