Hey Joe,
Should I still do pump/metabolic work even after I get a huge pump (not intentionally) after my working sets? For example, for biceps I usually do 2 movements with a top set of around 5-8 reps and backoff of 8-12 and usually after my first set of my first movement, I have a significant pump. Should I still do pump work after and if I do, do I wait for the pump to wear off before starting?
