hi Joe…

looking to possibly use two types of meat and potatoes pulldown movements one seperate days..one being the one arm cable pulldown as my gym doesn’t have that awesome pulldown you guys use…and I was thinking the pin loaded hammer strength lat pulldown machine and grab the handle underhand…I feel like it would create the same arm that you say is needed for effective lat mass to be built…or am I better off sticking with just the one arm cable pulldown for both days…just some thoughts…thank you
