I had a training partner back in the day that used to rotate his rep ranges weekly. So, over the course of the month, he would do a week of 10’s, 8’s, 6’s, 3, and once every other month he would max out. At the end of each month he’d start again with the tens and work down in that progression again. Do you think this has any merit for Hypertrophy? Assuming you were only doing it on meat and potato type exercises. Or maybe run each range a bit longer before reducing? Thanksssssssss!
