Like most of us I have a couple of body parts that are more developed than others.
and thinking about what you’ve said in the past (I may be mis-quoting, pls dont sue) about Flex lewis taking a year off training legs so that his upper body could catch up, and how 5lbs of muscle in the right place is better than 10lbs all over, I’ve decided to really focus on these lagging areas.
trouble is I’ll admit that I’m stuck in a mindset of training those more developed areas first or more, or both.
so, how would you got about prioritising weak point development and getting over the emotional hurdle of ‘neglecting’ stronger body parts? train that area first in a session?
