Hi Joe, apologies if both have been asked recently, just wondering whats the best split to follow? I’m currently on Legs/Pull/Push with the two extra days focused on my weaknesses, which are both chest and quads. would the more traditional “bro” split of Back&Bis/Chest&Tris be more beneficial?
Also I had read recently that the body performs hypertrophy better when being leaner.
So for example I’m currently 18ish% body fat if I was to lower to sub 15% would the “gains” as such be greater?
