But… if i do 1 set of deadlift there is no way that if i do like 3 sets the result will be greater?

mike israetel say that the minimum dose is 10 sets for most of muscle groups.

what is your opinion about it?

how do you know if it’s actually “maximum result”?

what is your minimal dose if there is any like that..
