Sorry for the somewhat duplicate question as to one posted a couple weeks ago. I have typically been one to do 8-12 week bulks and cuts, but this year have done a longer/slower cut and feel like it’s worked better for maintaining muscle. However, I do want to bulk again and have seen before in a video (tried to find it again and can’t seem to find the right one) in which you talk about a 14 week bulk and 2 week cut with around a 1,000 calorie deficit.

My question is, what is the main reason for this and any recommendations on training during the mini cut? (Volume/intensity) If you remember the video in which you discuss this I’d be happy to look it up.
