So I believe I know the answer to this but want to hear your response since any I set things up for myself I second guess everything.
I have been maintaining for a long now. 6 foot tall, 190lbs. Probably 13-15% body fat (complete guess, but being fairly conservative with that guess). I have a vacation coming up in about 4-5 weeks. How would you approach a diet phase between now and then? Large deficit or smaller deficit? I’m not trying to be single digit body fat or competition lean by any means and I really don’t want to risk losing too much muscle (hence why I said I think I know the answer lol). Training has been going great, strength continuing to climb. Just wanted to know your thoughts!
