Hey joe , Sadly I broke my ring finger right on the nuckle and I was wondering since i can’t train upper body for a little what I should do . Like I was turning to bulk so should I continue to do that ? Or just focus on losing fat . And any tips on keeping what muscle I have now during this injury thank you as always !!
