Hey Joe, I have a consultation today with a pretty advanced trainee who seeked my help. He said his problem is when he squats specifically, he feels his one leg is taking on the brunt of the load and he can’t get his other leg to ‘fire’. He said there’s no pain and when he does unilateral work there’s no strength differences. Same with a bilateral leg press, he said he’s fine on that, it’s just the squat. The goal is to turn this guy into a client but I’m a little lost on how I would approach this situation to help him out? Any suggestions would be great!
