Hey Joe

If your leg session was designed to focus on quad development, in particular the lower quads, how would you structure the exercise order?

I notice you have banded hacks at the end of your current leg workout, is this mainly because your focus is more hams? If the focus was to be quads would you have this up the front? how would you structure yr leg workout with a quad bias?
