Hey Joe!
Always see people follow a “program” in terms of lifting. Is this the best to do? Or create your own using your knowledge? I feel like having arbitrary exercises on a sheet of paper doesn’t do you good if they have no clue how your body works/looks ect.. thanks Joe!
