For the preparation sets, the sets are at maybe RPE 7-8. So you do 2 sets of 6 chestpress and then 1 all out working set with R.P. or something like that. So there 2 different ways of failure sets, and volume. This type and the 2 working sets with one top and one back off set. ( here are the preparations sets not taxing, just getting good contractions and a feel for the weight.)
