Hey Joe. Gyms closed here again. So in terms of weights, only have Bowflex adjustable DB’s up to 90 lbs each. On big lifts, even if I’m making my first working set between 10-15 reps (lower rep ranges will have to be out for a bit I guess), it’s not heavy enough.
I can add bands on some pushing movements which helps, but would there be benefit to maybe starting the set with some type of pre exhaust, say something like an iso hold for 10-20 secs, then go into the regular reps?
