Hey Coach,
How would you recommend to go about progressing a hypertrophy program. Would you prefer focusing on getting stronger and increasing loads within a rep range on logbook exercises or increase volume as much as your recovery allows, in a training cycle. Will you please explain the conditions under which you would increase volume and what are the main variables to progress for hypertrophy, in order?
