Hi Joe, have a few questions wrt intra stack.. in my diet plan for intra stack it’s mentioned to take EAA or peptopro for protein and cyclic dextrin for carbs..
1) if i take EAA how do I measure protein i.e. 24g protein is mentioned in intra workout protein intake
2) Since peptopro is not available in India is there any other replacement recommended for intra protein requirement
3) cyclic dextrin is not available in India so I can switch it with malt dextrin?
4) again vitargo is not available in India so would u know any product that is available globally or can ship to India?🙂
