Joe/Bryce – I recently started implementing bands in my workouts. For reference I use the mini rogues (not sure why I didn’t buy the regular size) but I guess that’s irrelevant to the question. If you have to loop the bands for the exercise profile does that increase it’s resistance profile? Example: 25lb band looped underneath a smith bar – does it still provide 25lbs of resistance or does it provide 50?
