Thanks Bryce! One more question, i completed today’s dilf lower workout. I’ve had issues with low back pain and tightness for years even tho I do a series of prehab and movement prep things each day for my low back. This months Lower seems to be pretty heavy in hinge movements which when I do a lot of it aggravates my lower back. How can I alter the program if at all to work around this? Also i should add it doesn’t help too much even when when I’m super conscious of core bracing or even with cat/cows between sets.
