What’s up guys,
In the current leg workout I am following on the app, one of the exercises is “pendulum squat or sub with a leg press”. My gym has the paramount pendulum squat and the cybex squat press (like you have), and I was wondering which machine has the better profile, (specifically for quads, if that’s even a thing). The pendulum squat also has a counter balance that lightens the load at the top of the movement. Which do you think has the better profile/ is better?
