I was wondering how you personally approach training during a peak week, where traditionally the volume is high, although the load tends to be less.
I know you speak alot decreasing volume when prepping for a show as you get closer to the show and your body is not as well rested. Whilst keeping the heavy compounds up.
Do you recommend changing the way you train in peak week?
