I was just curious how you guys would set up a 30 minute pt session for clients without injuries just trying to get in good shape. I have majority of my clients doing 30 minute sessions due to my gyms pr package system. We will typically alter upper and lower with the frames they have with me but I was wondering what you would think would be more effective.
