@joe@Bryce I reach a plateau in terms of nutrition.

I was at 2556 calories with 5 equal meals a day for 3 weeks and I was stuck at 79 kilos (5 working days a week)

I decided to increase by 200 calories only with carbs so 10g carbs more on each meal and after 1 week I am still at 79 kilos.

What must I do there, does not my body assimilate the carbs surplus ?

The good part is I still have the same strength/good feeling when I train
