Started push pull leg programme had to change some of the exercises for example cable flys to dumbbell flys, looking ahead at tomorrows pull session supported vbar row would supported dumbbell row be a good substitute?. I workout from a home studio and I have no access to machines. I only have free weights the kit I have is barbell and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, squat rack, bench, pull up bar and as previously said a single cable pulley. Any exercise recommendation you feel that would be more beneficial to swap the machine exercises for?
