Thanks Joe I appreciate the response!! I definitely can deal with it. Oddly enough having it on leg day and back day made forced me to want to change the deadlift on back day to an upper back biased pulldown and put it in the note section( so I wouldn’t have blank sections in the logbook) only to find out that it feels extremely awkward and uncomfortable in my repaired shoulder. Scheduled an appointment with the therapist to check overhead stability and find out what’s going on. Always a good side to everything lol.
