Just a thought- I am currently doing the upper lower 2.0 and like it a lot as it is a 4 day a week program. If you cut down on the rest time and superset some of the exercises you could get it done in 60-75 minutes. The 5th day could be arms or cardio.
Bro splits are normally 5 days a week. You could also do a PPL and turn it into an 8 day program
This is exactly what I’m doing. I added a fifth day for arms. Most of the programs here are 4 days you just have to figure out what to prioritize and your rest days.
