Hi, I was looking at The program.
From week 4 as I remmember the sets starts to grow and there is extra Double dropsets in some exercises and super sets. If I would like to grow on this Program should i Stick to this drop sets, super sets for whole time if i just want to build at offseason or just stick to basic plan without drop sets and super Series and maintain the weight progress only ? Or it should be only temporary ? Super sets and double drop sets for a long time wouldt be too much at offseason ? Please let me know 🙂
