Thanks for the suggestion, I have watched some of Elitefts videos. Then if these programs also are to become as strong as possible is there even any difference between these and powerlifting programs for example? I assume in powerlifting we are able to get higher 1 rep maxes because thats whats being trained more but are you basically saying the strength gains are the same but just in higher rep range?
