Thanks a lot. Now i’m doing the “come here cannonballs” program, as you explained, the OHP emphasizes more on the front delts and actually my front delts are fairly well developed when compared to the side and rear ones, so what do u think if i substitute the OHP for the other more side delts focused exercises? Which ones would u suggest?
