I’m into the second week and really my lower back is the biggest issue. In the past, when I did powerlifting style training I combined squat and deadlift on the same day and got away with it or my lower back did when it got 1 week of rest practically.
I really like the program and would like to finish it as it was written. What would you do if you had my problems?
