What’s the magic number for what is absorbed per meal?
I believe for natural lifters it’s around 25-35, some say up to 50. Viscosity also comes into play I believe. For enhanced lifters I wanna say they can digest up to 70/75. I would go on pubmed and just enter protein digestion rate or something like that to get a better understanding. My professor who is a national weight lifting coach/competitor was talking about it last year, but forgot the exact numbers so I don’t wanna spew some bullshit to you!
