So, I’ll be finishing the OG PPL program in a few weeks and plan to start PPL 2.0 next. I can only train 3-4x/week. I’m planning to just stretch the weeks out. The program will become much longer so I’ll probably add a deload (or two) somewhere in there. Does this sound reasonable to ya’ll?
