Bryce this is what I wanted as well, I am currently doing the PPL 2.0 myself and it is a 6 day split. I asked recently for a 5 day split but the reply was don’t work off the 7 day calendar. I don’t want a 6 day split tbh on my off days I do 30 mins cardio for active recovery and health and 1 day rest every 3 days is not enough. How can I make the Ppl 2.0 into a 5 day split?

Yeah it’s hard to make it into a 5 day program. What John Meadows used to do with his PPL programs is 3 days regular training and then 3 days of pump days and even though programmed for 6 days always recommended 5 days depending on your goals. So would leave out one day. His programs are really intense
