I actually had the same question in regards to not having access to a lying leg curl machine, hack squat, or even a leg press as you suggested in the previous audio. Was trying to figure out the best options for the leg day. I live in a small town and our gym was put out of business due to covid. I will attach what I built in March for my home setup and it would be great if you had some alternate suggestions! I did my best to design my gym around your exercises!
