I’ve had this before since I first started this a couple months ago. I found it has to do with what email I’m logged into. For example if I try to login to the website on a browser signed in on my school email or incognito it logs in no problem but if my browser is logged in to my personal email it says restricted.
The way I found helped it was clearing cookies on the browser. I’m not a tech guy so idk if it was correlated or not but after it worked. I kinda just assumed it was a way to prevent the sharing of accounts.
