Thank you. I honestly appreciate this so much. I’ve been training 10 years and over the past 12 months I’ve progressed leaps and bounds implementing your learnings.
In terms of load do you have an reccomendations for a reduction in percentage or: 60%, 80% of my normal rep range. I’ve lost no strength in prep but I don’t want inflammation.
