One more question on this plan. I am on week 3 now. I rewatched the intro video and understand how this program ramps up at this point.
I see this week and next week is training to failure. My question is I do not see drop sets or anything else programmed. Also I did not see any metabolic work written into weeks 5 & 6 like Joe mentioned.
Just wondering if I am missing something or we just program in our own drop sets/metabolic work.
Loving the program so far just wanted some clarification. Thanks guys!!
Hey please ignore this question. I was trying to see the answer before I worked out. Just completed the push day week 3 and I see how the added work is typed into the exercise. I could not see it until I was on that specific exercise. Thanks!
