I know I’ve seen Joe talk about this and I think it’s in one of his videos. I do unfockers for upper body, then the bar for 10, 135×10 and the go up 50 lbs for 3-5 until I get close to working weight and just do a couple. So for a target of 275 for working sets I would do 45×10, 135×10, 185×5, 225×3, 250×2. Hope that helps.
