Asim, there’s a video on split squats. I also do not have a hack squat in my gym and have to find alternatives. Today I was doing lower and did the split squats with a band. They were really brutal and have a learning curve.
What I liked most about split squats was learn how to stabilize myself holding a dumbbell and getting them done properly. It wasn’t pretty at all man. I even went as far to use a band and that made it twice as hard but the ones I got down I could really feel them in my quads.
They aren’t easy to do right away and I watched another person at the gym this morning doing them and she made them look way too easy. I honestly really liked them. Give them a shot.
