Definitely agree. I have the get it done mentality. I think the advice of splitting up the meals to have 1 to be convenient and ones that I can enjoy helps a lot. My biggest struggle was breakfast ( up at 4am ) work 5am -1pm then 3-8 sometimes later . So I’ll add in shakes for convenience . Thank you
