Everything you said was very helpful and if there’s one thing I’ve learned is take what is useful and discard the rest so like you said everything will have some nuances and personal preferences! Regarding my last question. Another thing I was trying to ask is due to my story of my training history that I listed above, where do you thing I would fall on the spectrum or beginner, intermediate and advanced? Also in your opinion do you think I’m passed that newbie gains phase? As this past year is where I have made the most of progress by being consistent, adherent and actually not training like a cupcake as you call it haha!
